Our Commitment to Quality At
NationWide we produce your project on state of the art equipment with
your own personal CSR supervising the progress. Your CSR is always
available to answer your questions and we don't have voicemail to
'filter' your calls. We work with ad agencies and corporate accounts
all the time and these accounts know the difference when it comes to
the printing process and quality. NationWide passes the scrutiny of
demanding, knowledgeable clients every day. We are a commercial
printer and duplicator, not a copy shop.

To insure quality reproduction of your disc duplication project we
routinely run a quality verification test on all master discs sent
to NationWide (these are the master discs that you send us for
reproduction). We check for technical problems with your master such
as PI Bytes, PIF, PI8, PO Bytes, PO8, UNCR POF, and
several others. We then assign the disc an overall quality score and
check that it meets our standards for quality reproduction. By
doing this we insure that the quality of your recorded project is up to
reproduction standards. At NationWide we offer this service free of
charge! We won't do the following: •
Produce your job on a high end color copier • Produce your job on a digital press (Kodak, Xerox, Indigo, etc) •
Use plastic plates or 'poly' plates to print your project •
Send your project out to have someone else print it •
Claim to have high quality but print on inferior equipment
Guidelines for burning your original masters: • Use the best quality discs you can find (expensive is better)
• Burn at 1X or the slowest possible speed • Handle your discs with care, no finger prints or scratches • Dust is a major contributor to poor quality discs - keep em clean! • Do not try to clean the disc if it looks dirty, just start over • Send two original masters, not one
On Disc Printing Options
Three choices for printing on the face of your CD. No limited color thermal printing and no paper labels.
Black On Disc.
This is our least expensive on disc printing. Your artwork can be type,
logos, photos, whatever you want as long as it is black. Heavy or solid
black flood coverage is not available without a gloss laminate.
Color On Disc.
Our most popular option for clients who want full color printing on
their CD but want to keep the cost down. Ultra high resolution (4800
dpi) inkjet printing that works well with everything. Color photos look
great.
Gloss Color On Disc.
The best of the best. Utilizes our ultra high resolution 4800 dpi
printing with a protective laminate finish that is super glossy! The
finish also protects the disc from scratching and water damage. The
color really pops with this one!
DVD Authoring
Compete with the big boys by having NationWide author your DVD. DVD
authoring is the process that takes your raw content and creates a
professional, finished piece. Not everyone needs authoring. For example
if your DVD is already formated the way you want it and and it just
needs to be duplicated then authoring is not for you. On the other hand
if you have raw video files and want menus added to your DVD then

process is recognized

300 line screen Stochastic Printing Included on all Inserts and Sleeves We
have seen it all. From color copies and cheap digital press prints to
over the top premium grade printing. At NationWide we choose the best
for you. All of your inserts, traycards, posters, and printed sleeves
are printed on state of the art presses using 300 line screen
stochastic hybrid screening technology. Color copies can be as low as
100 line screen and conventional printing averages 133 -150 line
screen. At NationWide we pack the detail into your print so it will
look better. Almost photographic quality. In fact when compared to a
standard 150 line screen printing job, NationWide has four times as
much detail possible because of our screening technology. Too much information? All you need to know is that you will get
nothing but the very best from NationWide.
No Extra Charge for Over Runs We
do not charge for over runs. If we produce more product than you order,
we will give it to you free. (no over run charges means you don't have
to pay for products you don't order.) All orders subject to 10%
under run. You will only be charged

Insured Shipping - Quick Replacement for Projects Damaged while In-Transit Your
project is done when you receive it. At NationWide we take care in
packaging your order so that it won't get damaged in-transit, but
sometimes things go wrong and your project is damaged by the shipping
company and is unusable. This is rare, less than one percent of our
shipped projects, but it does happen. You don't want your project to be
the one that gets damaged and then find out that you have a battle with
the shipping company to be reimbursed for the loss. Let alone the
potential delay in getting your project reproduced and delivered.
If
your project is damaged in shipment you can relax knowing that it is
insured and we will immediately begin the process to replace it. We
will also work with the shipping company to make a claim for the loss.
While we'll need a little help from you, NationWide works through the
process directly with the shipping company, so you don't have to. We
ship your new project as
soon as it is ready. No more money is required from you.

The NationWide Process
Place your order online or by
phone and your personal CSR will contact you back within 2-4 business
hours. The same CSR will review your work for technical accuracy. Once
we receive your approval on the proofs, production will begin. Feel
free to contact us with any questions or concerns at any point during
this process.
