On Disc Printing Options
Three choices for printing on the face of your CD. No limited color thermal printing and no paper labels.

Black On Disc. This is our least expensive on disc printing. Your artwork can be type, logos, photos, whatever you want as long as it is black. Heavy or solid black flood coverage is not available without a gloss laminate.

Color On Disc. Our most popular option for clients who want full color printing on their CD but want to keep the cost down. Ultra high resolution (4800 dpi) inkjet printing that works well with everything. Color photos look great.

Gloss Color On Disc. The best of the best. Utilizes our ultra high resolution 4800 dpi printing with a protective laminate finish that is super glossy! The finish also protects the disc from scratching and water damage. The color really pops with this one!

The Video-CD is just one more way to show off your music's personality. This is an option that allows you to add a 5-minute video clip of your own original content to your audio CD. Also include your logo and one link for no extra charge. The NationWide Video-CD package also starts at $455.

If you're like us, when it's time to make a significant purchase, you don't run straight for a salesperson, and you don't ask the advice of a cashier. You look for an expert, and you avoid an agenda. You want a professional—someone with working knowledge of the investment you're about to make. Years ago we realized that to be the best, we needed to give each client access to the professionals that were producing their order.When you call, we give you your own personal CSR (customer service representative) who is an industry professional. Our CSRs are not call center workers, and they’re not salespeople disguised as customer service. Your CSR is your representative on the inside of our business—they're involved with every aspect of your project. Our CSRs have an average of 10 plus years of experience in the industry. They're simply that good, they know what they're doing, and they work for you.

Your CSR is always available and willing to take your call. We don't have voicemail, and we don't filter calls. Your CSR will communicate with you from beginning to end. We won't do the following:
• Produce your job on a high end color copier
• Produce your job on a digital press (Kodak, Xerox, Indigo, etc) 
• Use plastic plates or 'poly' plates to print your project
• Send your project out to have someone else print it
• Claim to have high quality but print on inferior equipment

Guidelines for burning your original masters:
• Use the best quality discs you can find (expensive is better)
• Burn at 1X or the slowest possible speed
• Handle your discs with care, no finger prints or scratches
• Dust is a major contributor to poor quality discs - keep em clean!
• Do not try to clean the disc if it looks dirty, just start over
• Send two original masters, not one

Up front pricing

When we give you a price, we mean it!
We've built our business by treating our customers right, and that includes up-front pricing that you see before you ever place an order. We don't charge you set-up fees, we don't have hidden costs, and you won't have to dig into your wallet for last-minute surprises. We wouldn't treat friends that way, so we won't treat anyone that way.

No extra charge for color on-disc printing 

Color printing on your CDs is a sign of professionalism that we feel makes your project a better product, and because life happens in color, we give you up to 3-color on-disc printing at no charge. We provide film and do the actual printing free of charge! We also offer full-color offset on-disc printing at a nominal surcharge. Offset offers the best quality available, especially for images that contain skin tones.
 

No extra charge for over runs

We don't believe in charging you more if we produce more items than you order. If we happen to, we'll just give you the extras. No over run charges means you don't have to pay for product that you don't order. All orders subject to 10% under run, but you'll only be charged for the actual quantities shipped up to your order amount. Prices do not include shipping. Ask your CSR for details.

Insured shipping - quick replacement for projects damaged while in-transit

We take as much pride in our work as you do with your project, and we don't consider our job done until it's in your hands. Because of this, we take extra care in packaging your order, and we insure it for the full amount. Less than one percent of orders are unfortunately damaged by the shipping company and become unusable. If that occurs, we don't believe in leaving you to battle the shipping company for reimbursement or waiting for you to get money back to us before we work on replacing the order.

If your project is damaged in shipment, you can relax knowing that we immediately begin the process to replace it. We will also work with the shipping company to make a claim for the loss. With your help, we work through the process directly with the shipping company, so you don't have to. We ship your new project as soon as it is ready. No more money is required from you.

Placing your order

Place your order online or by phone and your personal CSR will contact you back within 2-4 business hours. The same CSR will review your work for technical accuracy. Once we receive your approval on the proofs, production will begin. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns at any point during this process.
