We decided to offer this product in small quantities because we know that you won't always need a lot of discs, but maybe you like the unique look and feel of Digipaks. And with Digipaks from NationWide you'll have options, like four, six, or eight panels with slits* or pockets to include full-color inserts. And at NationWide you will always get rock-star treatment no matter your order size. That's why at NationWide we have your back.
*Note: Our 4-panel Digipak with slit gives you a great alternative to a pocket. The slit is just that—a slit in the Digipak wide enough to place an insert. It's the perfect option if you want a low-key spot to put a full-color insert.

On Disc Printing Options
Two choices for printing on the face of your CD. No limited color thermal printing and no paper labels.
Black On Disc.
This is our least expensive on disc printing. Your artwork can be type,
logos, photos, whatever you want as long as it is black. Heavy or solid
black flood coverage may require full color printing.
Color On Disc.
Our most popular option for clients who want full color printing on
their CD but want to keep the cost down. Ultra high resolution UV
inkjet printing that works well with everything. Color photos look
great and the ink is permanent, will not rub off if water gets on your
disc.

Interactive CDs and Video-CDs. Adding video or interactive menus to a CD is not for everyone. For example if your CD is already formated the way you want it and and it just needs to be duplicated then interactive authoring is not for you. In this case your CD might be intended for use as a simple audio CD that will just play music or you might have already done your own authoring with menus. In either case all you need to to is send us your master disc and we will duplicate it for you.
On the other hand if you have files and want menus added to your CD and you want your fans to engage with your CD on a visual level but don't know how to do that, you will probably want to keep reading. Interactive CDs allow you to include an introduction page, a band logo and an MP3 of one of your songs playing in the background, all on your audio CD. You can also include a photo gallery, a biographical page, and a link to your email, website, or MySpace page, with upgrade options to add a 5-minute video or lyric gallery. This is a great way for your fans to connect with you and your music. The NationWide Interactive package costs $455.
The Video-CD is just one more way to show off your music's personality. This is an option that allows you to add a 5-minute video clip of your own original content to your audio CD. Also include your logo and one link for no extra charge. The NationWide Video-CD package costs $455.

Guidelines for burning your original masters:
• Use the best quality discs you can find (expensive is better)
• Burn at 1X or the slowest possible speed
• Handle your discs with care, no finger prints or scratches
• Dust is a major contributor to poor quality discs - keep em clean!
• Do not try to clean the disc if it looks dirty, just start over
• Send two original masters

When we give you a price, we mean it!
We've built our business by treating our customers right, and that includes up-front pricing that you see before you ever place an order. We don't charge you set-up fees, we don't have hidden costs, and you won't have to dig into your wallet for last-minute surprises. We wouldn't treat friends that way, so we won't treat you that way.
No extra charge for color on-disc printing
Color printing on your CDs is a sign of professionalism that we feel makes your project a better product, and because life happens in color, we give you up to 3-color on-disc printing at no charge. We provide film and do the actual printing free of charge! We also offer full-color offset on-disc printing at a nominal surcharge. Offset offers the best quality available, especially for images that contain skin tones.
No extra charge for over runs
We don't believe in charging you more if we produce more items than you order. If we happen to, we'll just give you the extras. No over run charges means you don't have to pay for product that you don't order. All orders subject to 10% under run, but you'll only be charged for the actual quantities shipped up to your order amount. Prices do not include shipping. Ask your CSR for details.
Insured shipping - quick replacement for projects damaged while in-transit
We take as much pride in our work as you do with your project, and we don't consider our job done until it's in your hands. Because of this, we take extra care in packaging your order, and we insure it for the full amount. Less than one percent of orders are unfortunately damaged by the shipping company and become unusable. If that occurs, we don't believe in leaving you to battle the shipping company for reimbursement or waiting for you to get money back to us before we work on replacing the order.
If your project is damaged in shipment, you can relax knowing that we immediately begin the process to replace it. We will also work with the shipping company to make a claim for the loss. We'll need a little help from you, but we work through the process directly with the shipping company, so you don't have to. We ship your new project as soon as it is ready. No more money is required from you.

Placing your order
Place your order online or by phone and your personal CSR will contact you back within 2-4 business hours. The same CSR will review your work for technical accuracy. Once we receive your approval on the proofs, production will begin. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns at any point during this process.
