NationWide Disc includes prepress review on all of our duplication and
replication projects which insures that you recieve the quality you
expect.

our Short-run site (in other words all duplicated projects) flow through our automated production without review by our
staff. We assume you have done all the quality control before you submit your
final project and process your order."
At
NationWide Disc we do not think you should be responsible for all of
the technical issues associated with a duplication project so we perform
this service on all projects at no charge, saving you $19. One of the

On Disc Printing Options
Two choices for printing on the face of your disc. No limited color thermal printing and no paper labels.
Black Text Only on Disc.
This is our least expensive on disc printing. Your artwork can be type or
simple logos as long as it is black with light coverage. Heavy or solid
black flood coverage may require full color printing.
Color On Disc.
Our most popular option for clients who want full color printing on
their disc but want to keep the cost down. Ultra high resolution UV
inkjet printing that works well with everything. Color photos look
great and the ink is permanent, will not rub off if water gets on your
disc.

ultimately a reflection of how much we value you as a customer. The
thing is: we work with ad agencies, agents, bands and corporate accounts

Guidelines for burning your original masters:
• Use the best quality discs you can find (expensive is better)
• Burn at 1X or the slowest possible speed
• Handle your discs with care, no finger prints or scratches
• Dust is a major contributor to poor quality discs - keep em clean!
• Do not try to clean the disc if it looks dirty, just start over
• Send two original masters
Up front pricing
When we give you a price, we mean it!
We've built our business by treating our customers right, and that
includes up-front pricing that you see before you ever place an order.
We don't charge you set-up fees, we don't have hidden costs, and you
won't have to dig into your wallet for last-minute surprises. We
wouldn't treat friends that way, so we won't treat you that way.
No extra charge for over runs
We don't believe in charging you more if we produce more items than you
order. If we happen to, we'll just give you the extras. No over run
charges means you don't have to pay for product that you don't order.
All orders subject to 10% under run, but you'll only be charged for the
actual quantities shipped up to your order amount. Prices do not include
shipping. Ask your CSR for details.
Insured shipping - quick replacement for projects damaged while in-transit
We take as much pride in our work as you do with your project, and we
don't consider our job done until it's in your hands. Because of this,
we take extra care in packaging your order, and we insure it for the
full amount. Less than one percent of orders are unfortunately damaged
by the shipping company and become unusable. If that occurs, we don't
believe in leaving you to battle the shipping company for reimbursement
or waiting for you to get money back to us before we work on replacing
the order.
If your project is damaged in shipment, you can relax knowing that we
immediately begin the process to replace it. We will also work with the
shipping company to make a claim for the loss. We'll need a little help
from you, but we work through the process directly with the shipping
company, so you don't have to. We ship your new project as soon as it is
ready. No more money is required from you.

We're glad to tell you everything up front, and we give you the best price for the products we offer. We always have and we always will.
The NationWide Disc Process
Placing your order
Place your order online or by phone and your personal CSR will contact
you back shortly. The same CSR will do an initial cursory review your
artwork. Once we receive all of your artwork and master discs,
production will begin and your project will be assigned to a Project
Manager. You have complete access to your project manager and we want
you to feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns at any
point during this process.
