Gloss, Matte, or Retro, you choose the paper on your Slit Wallet!
New
and only at NationWide Disc! You can now choose from three paper
options when printing your own customized Slit Wallet. We have it all from
Premium Gloss Coated Card stock to Premium Matte Coated Card stock and
now our new Retro Uncoated Card stock. All options are the same
thickness but the finish is different. Just the right options to fit
your design. See detailed descriptions of each option below. Matte
Coated and Retro Uncoated options may add from 2-4 business days to the
quoted production time, please keep this in mind when ordering. If you
order printed inserts (for the inside of the Slit Wallet) or posters with
your Slit Wallet order they will be printed on gloss paper stock, not matte
coated or retro uncoated. If you want the posters and/or inserts to
match the Slit Wallet then order the Premium Gloss Card Stock for your
Digipak and everything will have the same finish. Contact your CSR for
more details.
Premium Gloss Card Stock
Our most popular choice of paper to print Slit Wallets. This card stock has a
gloss finish and gloss aqueous coating on the printed surfaces for
protection. Stock is 15 point weight (heavy card stock) and is the most
common style you see in the market place for Slit Wallet printing. Also
eco-friendly because it uses at least 10% post consumer waste product in
the production of the paper.
Premium Matte Card Stock
This is the same stock as our Premium Gloss Card Stock but with a matte
aqueous coating to make the finished printed Slit Wallet dull or matte
rather than glossy. Great alternative if you want a sophisticated dull
finish. Easier to read type on this finish since it is not as glossy.
The matte aqueous coating on the printed surfaces also enhances
protection. Stock is 15 point weight (heavy card stock). Eco-friendly
because it uses at least 10% post consumer waste product in the
production of the paper. May add 2-4 days to your requested production
time.
Retro Uncoated Card Stock- NEW
We use an uncoated 15 point weight (heavy card stock) to create a
“retro” look that will make your Slit Wallet stand out from the crowd.
Completely dull uncoated finish. Great alternative if you want a more
"retro" and eco-friendly looking Slit Wallet. Eco-friendly because it uses
at least 10% post consumer waste product in the production of the paper
and no aqueous coating. May add 2-4 days to your requested production
time.

Commitment to quality
We'll
always lead the way when it comes to quality, because quality is
ultimately a reflection of how much we value you as a customer. The
thing is: we work with ad agencies, agents, and corporate accounts all
the time, and these clients know the difference when it comes to quality
production. We pass the scrutiny of demanding, knowledgeable clients
every day, and we work hard to surpass expectations.
Industry-best printing
Image is everything. Including sales. In fact, in the music industry,
when customers are not familiar with an artist, the leading factor for
sales is the graphic design. The quality of printing for your images has
that kind of power. We know this, and that's why we use only the
highest quality processes for everything we print. We don't even own
equipment that will print at lower standards.
What's the difference? Sit too close to the TV tonight, like three
inches away. You'll notice that the image breaks down into blocks of
colors. You no longer see your favorite weatherman, you see a beehive of
color chunks. Now grab a photograph, one developed in a photo lab. Hold
it three inches from your face and what do you see? You don't see a
beehive and chunks of color, you see a high-resolution, detailed image
where colors integrate, not separate. While other printing processes
separate color, we integrate it.
To the naked eye, our printing is as good as photographic because we
determined years ago to offer only the best. Our 400-line stochastic
hybrid screening technology gives your project a visual difference you
can see—it's more than double the industry printing standard, and it
gives your images more than 4 times the detail. We also use premium
papers and inks, and we give you a free aqueous coating that produces an
amazing glossy depth that makes your images pop.
When it comes down to it, higher-resolution printing captures the eye,
and higher quality paper just feels better in your hands. Not everyone
can tell you technically why our pieces look and feel better, they just
know they do, and that's a big deal for your clients, potential
customers, fans, and even your wallet.
Highest-quality disc replication
Disc replication is an involved process, but it is precise, and we use
the best equipment and process, which is similar to looking in a mirror.
If you want to see the most accurate reflection of yourself, you look
in the mirror. Conversely, if you want to see a poor quality reflection,
you might stick your face on a copy machine (but we don’t recommend
it!) and get a machine’s idea of what you look like. Our glass-mastering
manufacturing process is like a mirror’s reflection—it’s accurate, and
the details don’t get lost in translation. To ensure the quality of your
disc replication project, we routinely run a quality verification test
on all master discs sent to NationWide (these are the master discs that
you send us for reproduction). We check for technical problems with your
master such as BLER, pit geometry, CIRC error correction, E22 and E32
errors, and several others. This all means that we'll make sure
absolutely nothing's wrong with your master disc. We then assign the
disc an overall quality score and check that it meets red book standards
for quality reproduction. By doing this we insure that the quality of
your recorded project is up to reproduction standards. We never charge
you for this service, we just figure you want the best audio quality
possible.
Rock-star service
If you're like us, when it's time to make a significant purchase, you
don't run straight for a salesperson, and you don't ask the advice of a
cashier. You look for an expert, and you avoid an agenda. You want a
professional—someone with working knowledge of the investment you're
about to make. Years ago we realized that to be the best, we needed to
give each client access to the professionals that were producing their
order. When you call, we give you your own personal CSR (customer service
representative)— a professional in the industry. Our CSRs are not call
center workers, and they’re not salespeople disguised as customer
service. Your CSR is your representative on the inside of our
business—they're involved with every aspect of your project. Our CSRs
have an average of 10 plus years of experience in the industry. They're
simply that good, they know what they're doing, and they work for you.
Your CSR is always available and willing to take your call. We don't
have voicemail, and we don't filter calls. Your CSR will communicate
with you from beginning to end. Feel free to contact a CSR any weekday
between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm CST with questions. We invite you to try us
out by giving us a call. We're confident you'll experience what sets us
apart.
Up front pricing
When we give you a price, we mean it!
We've built our business by treating our customers right, and that
includes up-front pricing that you see before you ever place an order.
We don't charge you set-up fees, we don't have hidden costs, and you
won't have to dig into your wallet for last-minute surprises. We
wouldn't treat friends that way, so we won't treat you that way.
No extra charge for color on-disc printing
Color printing on your CDs is a sign of professionalism that we feel
makes your project a better product, and because life happens in color,
we give you up to 3-color on-disc printing at no charge. We provide film
and do the actual printing free of charge! We also offer full-color
offset on-disc printing at a nominal surcharge. Offset offers the best
quality available, especially for images that contain skin tones.
No extra charge for over runs
We don't believe in charging you more if we produce more items than you
order. If we happen to, we'll just give you the extras. No over run
charges means you don't have to pay for product that you don't order.
All orders subject to 10% under run, but you'll only be charged for the
actual quantities shipped up to your order amount. Prices do not include
shipping. Ask your CSR for details.
Insured shipping - quick replacement for projects damaged while in-transit
We take as much pride in our work as you do with your project, and we
don't consider our job done until it's in your hands. Because of this,
we take extra care in packaging your order, and we insure it for the
full amount. Less than one percent of orders are unfortunately damaged
by the shipping company and become unusable. If that occurs, we don't
believe in leaving you to battle the shipping company for reimbursement
or waiting for you to get money back to us before we work on replacing
the order.
If your project is damaged in shipment, you can relax knowing that we
immediately begin the process to replace it. We will also work with the
shipping company to make a claim for the loss. We'll need a little help
from you, but we work through the process directly with the shipping
company, so you don't have to. We ship your new project as soon as it is
ready. No more money is required from you.
You won't find a catch in our pricing
We're glad to tell you everything up front, and we give you the best price for the products we offer. We always have and we always will.
