Our Commitment to Quality
At NationWide we produce your project on state of the art equipment with your own personal CSR supervising the progress. Your CSR is always available to answer your questions. We work with ad agencies and corporate accounts all the time and these accounts know the difference when it comes to the printing process and quality. NationWide passes the scrutiny of demanding, knowledgeable clients every day. We are a commercial printer and duplicator, not a copy shop.

Guidelines for burning your original masters:
• Use the best quality disks you can find (expensive is better)
• Burn at 1X or the slowest possible speed
• Handle your disks with care, no finger prints or scratches
• Dust is a major contributor to poor quality disks - keep em clean!
• Do not try to clean the disk if it looks dirty, just start over
• Send two original masters, not one

On Disk Printing Options
Two choices for printing on the face of your DVD. No limited color thermal printing and no paper labels.

Black On Disk. This is our least expensive on disk printing. Your artwork can be type, logos, photos, whatever you want as long as it is black. Heavy or solid black flood coverage is not available without a gloss laminate.

Color On Disk. Our most popular option for clients who want full color printing on their DVD but want to keep the cost down. Ultra high resolution (4800 dpi) inkjet printing that works well with everything. Color photos look great.

When we say this is the price, we mean it!
There are no hidden costs or last minute surprises. Our digital metal plating process is recognized as the finest quality output available on the market, bar none! That means no cost associated with film and the dated analog proofing method that was obsolete a decade ago, yet many companies are still using this lower quality method to produce your DVD projects! You may also be quoted a low up front price but then charged $25 per color to print on the disk face. That can add up to $125 to your project cost. Not at NationWide.

 

No Setup Fees
Many of our competitors advertise a low price only to hit you with a 'one time setup charge' just to handle your project. Not at NationWide. No setup charges, ever!

No Extra Charge for Over Runs
We do not charge for over runs. If we produce more product than you order, we will give it to you free. (no over run charges means you don't have to pay for product that you don't order.) All orders subject to 10% under run. You will only be charged for the actual quantities shipped up to your order amount. Prices do not include shipping. Ask your CSR for details.

Insured Shipping - Quick Replacement for Projects Damaged while In-Transit
Your project is done and we ship it to you. At NationWide we take care in packaging your order so that it won't get damaged in-transit, but sometimes things go wrong and your project is damaged by the shipping company and is unusable. This is rare, less than one percent of our shipped projects, but it does happen. You don't want your project to be the one that gets damaged and then find out that you have a battle with the shipping company to be reimbursed for the loss. Let alone the potential delay in getting your project reproduced and delivered.

If your project is damaged in shipment you can relax knowing that it is insured and we will immediately begin the process to replace it. We will also work with the shipping company to make a claim for the loss. You have to help with this process, but NationWide works through the process with the shipping company, not you. We ship your new project as soon as it is ready. No more money is required from you.
