NationWide we produce your project on state of the art equipment with
your own personal CSR supervising the progress. Your CSR is always
available to answer your questions and we don't have voicemail to
'filter' your calls. We work with ad agencies and corporate accounts
all the time and these accounts know the difference when it comes to
the printing process and quality. NationWide passes the scrutiny of
demanding, knowledgeable clients every day. We are a commercial
printer, not a copy shop.
We won't do the following:
Produce your project on a high end color copier
Produce your project on a digital press (Kodak, Xerox, Indigo, etc.)
Use plastic plates or 'poly' plates to print your project
Send your project out to have someone else print it
Claim to have high quality but print on inferior equipment
When we say this is the price, we mean it!
There
are no hidden costs or last minute surprises. Our digital metal plating
process is recognized
as the finest quality output available on the market, bar none! That
means no cost associated with film and the dated
analog proofing method that was obsolete a decade ago, yet many
companies are still using this lower quality method to produce your projects!

Many of our competitors advertise a low price only to hit you with a
'one time setup charge' just to handle your project. Not at NationWide. No setup charges, ever!
400 line screen Stochastic Printing Included on all Posters
We
have seen it all. From color copies and cheap digital press prints to
over the top premium grade printing. At NationWide we choose the best
for you. All of your posters
are printed on state of the art presses using 400 line screen
stochastic hybrid screening technology. Color copy posters can be as low as
100 line screen and conventional printing averages 133 -150 line
screen. At NationWide we pack the detail into your print so it will
look better. Almost photographic quality. In fact when compared to a
standard 150 line screen printing job, NationWide has over four times as
much detail possible because of our screening technology.
No Extra Charge for Over Runs
We
do not charge for over runs. If we produce more product than you order,
we will give it to you free. (no over run charges means you don't have
to pay for product that you don't order.) All orders subject to 10%
under run. You will only be charged
for the actual quantities shipped up to your order amount. Prices do
not include shipping. Ask your CSR for details.
Your own Personal Customer Service Expert
When
you call us you won’t have to deal with a machine. Your own personal
CSR (customer service representative) will communicate with you from
beginning to end and be involved in every aspect of your project.
Our CSR's have an average of 10 plus years of experience in the
industry. They know what they are doing and they work for you. Why
would you want to send an important project to a company that just
pushes your project through as quickly as possible and barely even
looks at it. Or how about a CSR that really does not know what they are
doing, they just want to 'sell' you something.
At NationWide we are proud of our CSR staff. They
really make a difference. I cannot begin to count the times one of our
CSR's have saved the day when a project had a problem. More importantly
they discovered problems and corrected them before a client ended up
with a mess. Many of these problems would go uncorrected without their
expertise. In fact your personal CSR is also the same person that
actually produces your project, they are that good! Nothing could be
better and you will have the piece of mind knowing your project is in
the hands of a professional.
Insured Shipping - Quick Replacement for Projects Damaged while In-Transit
Your
project is done and we ship it to you. At NationWide we take care in
packaging your order so that it won't get damaged in-transit, but
sometimes things go wrong and your project is damaged by the shipping
company and is unusable. This is rare, less than one percent of our
shipped projects, but it does happen. You don't want your project to be
the one that gets damaged and then find out that you have a battle with
the shipping company to be reimbursed for the loss. Let alone the
potential delay in getting your project reproduced and delivered.
If
your project is damaged in shipment you can relax knowing that it is
insured and we will immediately begin the process to replace it. We
will also work with the shipping company to make a claim for the loss. With your help, NationWide works through the
process directly with the shipping company, so you don't have to. We ship your new project as
soon as it is ready. No more money is required from you.

Place
your order online or by phone and your personal CSR will contact you
back within 2-4 business hours. The same CSR will review your work for
technical accuracy. Once we receive your approval on the proofs,
production will begin. Feel free to contact us with any questions or
