However, please understand the Nationwide
Disc Privacy Program covers only information that is collected through this
web site, and does not cover information that may be collected through
software downloaded from the site.
Nationwide
Disc complies with the EU Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the
Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data
from the European Union. We will respond to your request for access to modify
or delete your information within thirty (30) days.
Other
than as described in this Policy, we will not give any information about you

Information
Collection and Use
Our web site uses forms in which you
give us contact information (including your name, address, telephone number,
and email address) so you can place orders, request information and support,
and make product suggestions. For certain services, we may also request a
credit card number, which is not maintained on site. All credit card
information is either entered through secure access to Google Cart or Paypal
and therefore not in the possession of Nationwide Disc, or is phoned in by
the client for manual charges made through Paypal virtual terminal. In the
case of phoned in cards we do not retain the credit card information after
the charge is made. Credit card numbers are shredded immediately after the
charge is made.
We receive and store any information
you enter on our web site or give us in any other way, including through
email, telephone, or other communications with our customer service
department. If you contact us for support, we will keep an internal record of
what support was given.
We use your information to contact
you regarding functionality changes to our products, our web site, new Nationwide
Disc services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would

When you purchase goods through Nationwide
Disc Marketplace, you are granting Nationwide Disc express permission to
share your name and contact information (as well as the "ship to"
name and contact information, if different) with the credit card processor
from which we clear your credit card to make any purchases, for the purposes
of shipping and order fulfillment only. By making a purchase from Nationwide
Disc you are not granting Nationwide Disc consent to use your information for
marketing or any other purposes. You must specifically "opt out" when registering
with Nationwide Disc to remove your name from marketing programs. Nationwide

Happens to my Personal Information if I Terminate my Nationwide Disc Account?
When your Nationwide Disc account is
cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally
identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our
relevant Nationwide Disc databases. However, you should know that
deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable
information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and
use your personally identifiable information if necessary in order to comply
with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Changes
